About Me – Eoghan Carroll

My name is Eoghan Carroll and I’m an eCommerce Consultant and the owner of EPC Digital. I have spent over a decade working in eCommerce and am fully aware of how nuanced the success of ecommerce is. One size does not fit all, and all sectors are different.
I started off my eCommerce journey by being part of Harvey Normans first ecommerce operation in Ireland. I spent 4 years working there and overseeing Paid & Organic Traffic Aquisition, helping it to grow revenues in the multiple of 7 figures in a relavitely short period of time. I left Harvey Norman in 2015 to become an eCommerce manager for a Small and ambitious Irish Sports Equipment Company called McSport. I spent 4 years at McSport and grew online revenue by over 250%. I helped the company grow from 12 employees when I joined, to over 50 when I left. My ambition was always to work for myself and in March 2019 I finally took the plunge at set up EPC Digital.
I decided to work as an eCommerce Consultant, using my experiences and success to try and help other small and medium sized business thrive in ecommerce. I chose to specialise in working with SMEs because it is a much faster pace and get to have more practical rather than just theoretical input. To date i have helped alot of Irish SMEs across a variety of sectors grow their online revenues. If you are one, please get in touch and we can discuss the possibility of working together.
